Initial Inquiry

Information Session: We encourage prospective families to attend an information session or open house event, where you can learn more about our school, meet our faculty, and explore our campus.

Application Submission

Application Form: To begin the admission process, parents must complete and submit the online application form available on our website. The application form will require basic information about the student and family, as well as details on the student’s academic history.

Supporting Documents: Along with the application form, you will need to submit the following documents:

- Birth certificate (copy)
- Previous academic records (report cards/transcripts)
- Passport-sized photographs of the student
- Transfer certificate (if applicable)
- Any additional documents required based on the grade level or curriculum choice (Cambridge/CBSE)

Diagnostic Assessment

Diagnostic Assessment: To better understand each student’s current academic level and learning needs, we conduct a diagnostic assessment instead of an entrance test. This assessment helps us place students in the appropriate class and tailor our educational approach to best support their growth.

Interview: Students and parents may be invited for an interview with the Principal or a member of the admissions team. This interview provides an opportunity to discuss the student’s interests, goals, and any special requirements they may have.

Admission Decision

Review and Decision: After the diagnostic assessment and interview, the admissions committee will review the application and make a decision. Admission decisions are based on the student’s academic background, assessment results, and overall fit with the school’s values and expectations.

Enrollment

Acceptance of Offer: Parents must formally accept the offer of admission by submitting the signed acceptance form and paying the enrollment fee by the specified deadline.

Fee Payment: The payment of the initial fee confirms your child’s place at THE CHIREC. Details regarding the payment schedule and methods will be provided in the offer letter.

Orientation: Newly admitted students and their parents will be invited to an orientation session before the school year begins. This session will provide important information about the school, its policies, and what to expect in the first few weeks.

Joining THE CHIREC

Start of School Year: On the first day of school, students will be welcomed by their teachers and classmates. Our admissions and academic teams will ensure that your child’s transition into the school is smooth and that they quickly feel at home at THE CHIREC.
